Dave, thanks for the great screencast about outlining basics, it's
perfect for people like me!

Also, I got my custom Blorkmarks working!!! Super excited, now I can
move on to playing with the really cool stuff like inclusion.

Thanks for the help, Dave!

The docs say "Your domains should fill in, in the
config.dnsApi2.domains table." -- so I opened the table to watch that
happen. When I saw "item #1 and nil/none" in the dnsApi2.domains table
values, I assumed/thought that was an error. That's the error message
I was referring to. I was expecting to see my domain in the domains

You say there was an error message, but you don't say what the error
message is.

Also, I don't see any garbage, but you should close the table that is
showing Item #1, that could screw things up.

Hi outliners, I'm setting up dnsApi2 as per the docs [link]

When OPML Editor on my server pulls down the records from Route53 - I
get garbage in the dnsApi2/domains table. I posted a couple
screenshots, any ideas about how to clear it up? thanks!~ Brian

Ah, makes sense. User interpretation error.
I used the Set domain command and it worked, of course :-)
Thank you for pointing out that a redirect doesn't just have to happen in
the dns space!

I don't think there's a bug here. Setting the nodetype to redirect does not
set the domain attribute. There's a separate command for that. It's quite
possible to create a redirect node that does not have a domain attribute.

What I did:
Set a node to be a re-direct to another domain name (foo.curry.com ->
curry.com) using the OPML Editor menu command Outliner->World Outline->Set
Type to->redirect

I expected:
[link] to redirect to [link]

What happened:
The Server returns a 404 not found on this server

I was catching up on my feeds this morning, and I've spotted a bug on threads.scripting.com. Instead of seeing the content of the post, I see the macro declaration <% thePost %>.

I'll start with an apology for being late to this game. I'm starting up a new radio2 server using the natural URL, and I found a bug.

What I did:

1) I navigated to [link] and viewed my (new) linkblog.
2) I listened to the welcome mp3 in the first post. (nice touch, btw).
