Missing April 2013 data for GEM Commodities indicators?

According to the data catalog April 2013 numbers should have been released by now. Could you please check if the data release has been delayed? The API call I'm using to check for April 2013 data is:

http://api.worldbank.org/countries/indicators/SILVER?date=2013M04

It looks like this is resolved. I get a response from that call.

What I find a bit odd is that:

http://api.worldbank.org/en/countries/all/indicators/SILVER

contains data only up to 2009, even though individual calls to 2010,
2011, and 2012 return a response.

I think there is an inconsistency in the API calls.
