Missing March 2013 data in GEM Commodities databse

According to the data catalog March 2013 numbers should have been released by now. Could you please check if the data release has been delayed? The API call I'm using to check for March 2013 data is:

http://api.worldbank.org/countries/indicators/SILVER?date=2013M03
