Electricity production data series

Hi,

This is not a question about the API per se, but about a data set.

I have tried to combine the electricity production data series to see how much different sources of energy make up of a country's total. For some strange reason, these numbers don't add up to 100% for Japan from 1990 and onwards. Does anyone know why?
