New Update Site Locations for Workspace Mechanic

Te the Workspace Mechanic for Eclipse has been migrated to Git, the
update site URLs have changed. They are now:

http://workspacemechanic.eclipselabs.org.codespot.com/git.update/mechanic/
for the main repository
and
http://workspacemechanic.eclipselabs.org.codespot.com/git.update/mechanic-testing/
for the testing repository.

The old repositories will be left for a period of time, but eventually removed.
