WordSmith 6 new version

There is a new version of WordSmith 6 available for download.

Fixes:
Some users with specific graphics configurations had been getting
numerous crashes when running the version originally issued in late
January. This related to the display grid used in many of the Tools.
Accordingly a new grid has now been designed. It looks a little
different from the old one and I think you will prefer it. It promises
far better maintenance and stability in general which should stand us
in good stead for the future.

how are you?

 

i made '4-word cluster lists' using 'index' in the WordList tool. ( I made index files and clicked compute/clusters and saved as WordList (extension. lst) )

I was going to compare each list from two corpora with the list from the entire corpus, as a reference wordlist, using KeyWord. But when i started and uploaded files in KeyWord, i coudn't find the saved files saved as "4-word-clusters.lst." I could see only the files saved as extension.stats like below. What did I do wrong?

You are absolutely right -- and did nothing wrong.
I have just traced the fault and fixed it.
If you re-download it should be OK.

i re-downloaded WS 6.0 and got the cluster keyword lists.
