Bobbie,I've done this on some sites, however, this site is using WP Wishlist so it the client has the ability to add additional roles and that would require updating the CSS with each change. Unfortunately it wouldn't be automatic enough for her needs. Thanks for the thought.

Jeff,Maybe you can hide the injected area with CSS based on roles, assuming that the paid members have a specifically defined role.Bobbie

Jeff,
Could you load the plugin based on a meta box being checked/not checked?
Cheers!
Pat
Hello everyone,One of my clients has been using theShare Buttons by Lockerz / AddToAnyplugin to add social media sharing icons to pages and posts on her website. However, she has recently launched a training course on her site which requires payment. Once you have made a payment you are given the password so you can access the password protected pages. She would does not want the social media sharing icons to show up on the password protected pages. The plugin doesn't appear to have the ability to selectively indicate what pages it should not be used on, so we tried another plugin (plugin organizer) which has the ability to disable a plugin on a page selectively by unchecking the undesired plugin in a meta box for that page. We have found that anytime that plugin organizer plugin is updated and sometimes randomly (possibly after a page update) the settings are lost and the social media sharing icons show up on the password protected page(s) again. So we are looking for a plugin to add social media sharing icons that has the ability to either selectively indicate it should not be used on a page or possible not be used on a group of pages. We would be willing to create a custom template to use for those pages if we could add something to that template that would prevent the social media sharing icons from showing up.
Any one have a suggestion or recommendation?Jeff--

jeff,
If it's simply sharing buttons of some kind (tweet this, like this, etc.), I might have code I can get to you that could be wrapped in some sort of conditional. This way, you avoid the plugin.
Lemme know,
Pat
