[wordpress-austin] How to write a first proposal for a website development

I am a WordPress developer having 7 years of experience. My few clients need business proposal from me. but i am not sure about that, What things i have to include in business proposal. 

When i ll meet a client first time. How can i give them a proposal for a website and redesign a website.
