Is there any way to use different fonts within the same collage or to
edit the words individually?

Wordle advanced gives you some control - ie you can specify the
relative size and colour of each word. I don't believe you can change
anything else eg make the fonts different for different words. In fact
that probably contravenes some unwritten word cloud formating
principle - but you'd have to ask a graphic designer on that one :-)
