Try a different browser and see if the same problem occurs.

 

I am sure you have done the regular things, cleaning the browser’s cache etc.

I cannot open the test file, so I'm assuming that means there is a firewall issue.  After spending an hour attempting to correct that, I simply cannot figure it out.  I can enter text into the wordle box, but nothing shows up when I enter it.  Any suggestions?
