What can people do for DTV converter box coupons whose coupons expired
before they could use them?... the coupon program call center and
website issues 90 day coupons one time only.

Coupons expired before the manufacturers improved the DTV converter
boxes' technology, see also

Get one from a friend who has an extra, or pay full price.

That would mean you'd have to have a friend. And you'd have to
actually ask for it, most likely with an explicit direct request. Even
a first-person pronoun. For Zakl, none of that is possible. Besides,
he let his coupon expire just so he'd have something else to whinge
about.

Maybe stalking a stenographer would work. Or some convoluted indirect
passive-aggressive obsessive-compulsive inquiry for chick pea bread
and an HIV test in plain text ascii. Or a guide to problematical
trolling crossposted to alt.hell.and.back.
