Management: The New Wireless Challenge May 10, 2004

Vendors roll out tools to help businesses manage growing networks
By David M. Ewalt

Wireless networking isn't an emerging technology anymore--most
businesses have got at least one wireless access point up and running.
But there's a big difference between supporting a wireless-ready
conference room and supporting wireless throughout a building. As
companies expand use of wireless networking, they're having to find
ways to manage those wireless LANs and keep their deployments as simple
as possible.
