Battling Eagle Websites

I checked out Gibbon's website the other day

Checked their message board and saw someone posted our web address. I
clicked on it to see if there has been any action and was suprised to
see a differerent site. So apparently we have two sites right now.
It must be all the traffic on this site. Someone got frustrated about
not being able to see the picture of ANDO on the home page in a more
timely fashion and created a whole new site. I'm confused now, which
one is the "official" Eagle website? Is this grounds for a copyright
infringement? Can we sue and get a new grandstand?
