Hi Jinsuo,

I'm taking the liberty to redirect this private discussion to the
WinPython discussion group, so that everyone may be informed of this
unexpected behavior.

Actually, to be honest, I haven't tried to open IPython notebook with
WinPython... I've just included all the required packages. Maybe I've
missed something. I'll take a look at this ASAP and I'll get back to
you.

So I've tested it and it works for me.

Here is how to launch IPython notebook with WinPython:
* open the WinPython command window ("Command prompt.exe")
* enter the command "ipython notebook"

That's all!

If it's necessary, I could add a specific launcher named for example
"IPython Notebook.exe".
