No defamation if it was actually true and provable.

The summary is "The truth shall set you free!" -- As long as you're
honest, defamation laws won't stop you from saying whatever you want.
Even more interesting, should Mr Guerard want to bring a claim, he would
have to prove that "mvadmin" was not only lying, but that a reasonable
person in mvadmin's shoes would have known he was telling lies AND Mr
Guerard would also need to prove that he was harmed by said defamation.
