Subject: Many Errors in Wink
Today I joined it and try to claim my online profiles. However, there
are a lot of problems.

1. Cannot load the details of "Where I'm online" (both overview and
place pages);
    - http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=535196511;
    - http://www.linkedin.com/in/eddychu; and more...
    It just display "loading" buttons under each profile.
2. Cannot click "Add" buttons to add information of work, school,
places, etc.;
3. Where can I edit the location and hometown information? I just
cannot find it;
4. I want to claim my profiles in Friendster, Live Spaces, Xanga. But
I was fail to verify accounts;
5. Facebook (and also Linkdein) has two web addresses to point to
profiles. How would I deal with those addresses that point to the same
profile? Claim them all?

I tried in Firefox 3 with Vista and XP, and IE7 with Vista.

As I know Wink.com has been developed for period of time already. The
concept of "people search" is great. But it is quite disappointed that
the service seems does not work. Anyway, good luck to your web service
and I am looking forward for improvements.

I'm sorry you encountered these problems but thank you very much for
reporting these errors. We will look into them.

Did you get the same "loading" button error for each profile you tried
to claim?

Regarding editing the "location" and "hometown", you should see an
"Edit" button when you mouse over those areas. When you click on that
button it opens up a text window to allow you to enter and save that
information. Please let me know if you do not see those "Edit"
buttons.
