When I do something fast, like I was adding restart buttons to every
frame, wink freezes up on me. I can't save my project or do anything.
I can abort, terminate or ignore. No matter what I choose that file is
now corrupt and cannot be opened. Generally I can either use a windows
previous saved version or a back up but when i do a lot of work on
something and then all that work gets lost in seconds, it becomes very
frustrating.

Is there any way to fix a corrupt project?

Update: I have found that if I abort it, and chose to NOT save at that
time, the file will not be corrupt. So I will press save after
everything I do to minimize loss.

I have been here too. Currently creating multiple demos in one wink project. I dont save when it locks up and asked me to save either. I had to record from one of my previous flash demos and add notations to catch back up. any-who, here is one of my three in one projects. I'd like to see others to get more ideas. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/31153/ThreeinOne/Threeinone.htm  I'm also going to use the web link option to link to other projects so ill just have one link with multiple outcome. allot of what you see are placement holders until i can get better graphics.

@victor: That is a clever idea of just capturing a previously done
video. For me I have already re-done my one video 2 times. But if you
click save like a nutcase and make sure not to save when the program
crashes, I found I only lose a small amount of work. Saving often
seems to have also prevented as many crashes but I am still testing
that theory. Your video looks awesome! One suggestion that I also did
in my video are arrows where you want the person to click. If someone
is learning something new, they might get frustrated if they don't see
where to click right away.
