1.5 is the latest version of Wink for Linux.
Remember its FREEWARE
produced by satish in his frre time for nowt.
Theres a limit to how many features can be incorporated.
Use it simply, singly and sensibly and it'll work.

I also share your enthusiasm at the news of a new version of Wink on
its way. Not long ago I have contacted Sathish by email regarding 3
questions about Wink [see: 1] This is not news anymore (see Satish's
post about the future Wink dev.) but It might interest the Linux-
Ubuntu users on Karmic (since Wink 1.5 is no more in the repository
because of a problem of library), and in a more general way every Wink
users on Linux:

I have not found a way around this, so not going to fix it.

I understand, I'm working on the next version of Wink and plan to
release the code as open source as soon as it is in a usable shape.
