Save the Date! - my 45th Birthday Party - Saturday, November 7th 2009

Hello all,

 

Since life has been so hectic lately, I am celebrating my 45th birthday (Oct 26) on Saturday, November 7th.  There is a benefit poker run in Vandalia that day for a girl named Kim who has had to have a double masectomy and is having breast reconstruction done.  We will start at 11:30 am in Vandalia at Cages.  Instead of riding motorcycles, we will be chaueffered by party bus from stop to stop ending back at Cages in Vandalia for an all you can eat catfish and shrimp fry. Cost for the event is $20 per person with the proceeds going to Kim's medical bills.  Any poker hands, drinks, 50/50 are additional.

 

I thought this would be a great, safe way to celebrate my birthday with all of my friends.  Please let me know no later than 31 October if you will be attending as we need to pay up front so they know how many buses will be need.  I will be arranging accommodations and designated drivers for the trip back to the Metro East area for those who need it.

 

The poker run/bar hop will be stopping at Slow Joe's in Sandoval, Main Street in Beckemeyer, The Mill in Greenville, and Bob's in Keyesport.  The buses will be leaving from and coming back to Cages in Vandalia, and yes they have cages to dance in!

 

I have plenty of beads, masks, boas, bras, costumes, etc.  Let's make this an event to remember and show the folks in Vandalia how we celebrate!
