Monarch Butterfly

Where is it that you came from
and where is it that you go
I saw you flying way up high
and then you came down low

To just an only flower
spread out in the sun
When you came and touched me
my heart was overcome

You came skipping on your wing
to tease me with your beauty
I wish I could be with you
but you always leave me

You fly up and down
glide and swirl
Float on a beeze
Skip all around
Spin and twirl
All for to tease
everyone to know
Dip to the ground
taste and go
Making me want to sing'
the world under your wing

You are the Monarch butterfly
as beautiful as can be
You came to share your beauty
'but not just with me

You came to make me happy
and you came to make me wonder
You came to point out ot me
I'm not the only flower

Just an only flower
no better than the rest
Fated to the memory
of the memory
of the Monarch as his guest

You fly up and down
glide and swirl
float on a breeze
skip all around
spin and twirl
all for to tease
everyone to know
dip to the ground
taste and go
making me want to sing
the world under your wing

What a lucky life you have
to taste of every flower
to fan yourself in the sun'
and dance with such a flutter

Where is it that you came from
and where is it that you go
You came to steal my heart away
so I could tell you so

Thank your for your gentle touch
and for to take a taste
But you have to fly away
so go and time dont waste

You fly up and down
glide and swirl
float on a breeze
skip all around
spin and twirl
all for to tease
everyone to know
dip to the ground
taste to go
making me want to sing
the world under you wing

Go catch the wind
many flowers to tend

Very cool poetry. I saved these emails as well as copied and pasted them into a text file for further reading and plagiarizing. We could create personal romantic cards over a period of years to be given to our significant others using one or two stanzas here and there. :-)

Rich, everyone who writes here has done me so much good. I owe you
all for your time and commitment to this site. If some of the lyrics
for my songs can be beneficial to windsurfers' relationships that
would be great. Ted
