Please note that we have rate limited downloaders and we are capping the number of per-ip connections to 2. This will help to ensure that everyone can access the files with resonable download times. Clients that try to evade these limits may be blocked.

Looking through their server configuration, they limit downloaders to a maximum of 10 MB/s too.

I have a box on their network with uncapped access, so if someone needs or wants higher speed access, I cam set up an rsync module specifically for them.
I can also make listings or sizes or things if you need them.
