the Homo sapiens pathways.

There is not a pre-made list you can download, but you can do this
programmatically using our web service API:
http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Help:WikiPathways_Webservice/API

For example, you can list pathways by species:
http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Help:WikiPathways_Webservice/AP...
athways
And then retrieve ontology tags per pathway:
http://www.wikipathways.org/index.php/Help:WikiPathways_Webservice/AP...
