It isn't exactly "user friendly" in terms of setting it up. It also is

How does Wikinews put the Opinions tab on pages like

I would like to add that to a Mediwiki install. Is it an extension or just
a tab added with a namespace into the skin.

Howdy All,
For those that don't know, we've at the tech center have been working on a
"Reader" application for Wikinews. Just like there are Wikipedia
applications for the iPhone, this application would function much the same
way (on Android), except for Wikinews. Of course it is tailored for our
specific use case, in the fact that it gives you the ability to easily read

Per some random internal discussion and the fact that we all like mediawiki
(and thereby hate anything that isnt)... we've moved our documentation:

We've also added a category for anything "technology related" (IE
Javascript, bots, daemons, tools, etc) to go along with it:

We got a few new toys (Updated DPL), and everything _looks_ unharmed. If
you see anything go screwy (bots, javascript, enwn.net... etc), yell.
