I just noticed that OER_Metadata and ContentInfobox templates are very
similar.

Are these different or can they be combined? If they are different,
where should each be used?

All the fields are common except

OER_Metadata

| country=
| primary curricular area=
| related curricular area 1=
| related curricular area 2=
| related curricular area 3=

ContentInfobox
| align =
| rating =  *** I just added this so ContentInfobox could be used for
OER reviews. However, reviews are really OER_Metadata
