The OER Foundation is taking part in the beta test of the Let's
Encrypt initiative[1]. This evening I have switched
https://OERfoundation.org/ from our old Comodo certificate (which was
expiring soon) to a new Let's Encrypt certificate. If you have
trouble visiting https://OERfoundation.org/files/ please tell me.

Ah! That was enough to suggest you were using the old monobook theme,
and sure enough the problem is in your monobook.js where you are using
someone else's Google search widget. You were referencing
http://www.google.com (rather than https://www.google.com, or even the
schema relative //www.google.com form). I've changed your Javascript
so that you always use the secure form when accessing Google search.
(You can reference a secure site from an insecure page without
warning... but your browser is warning that you were accessing an
insecure page from a secure one.)

Thanks. That fixed my problem even if it was not testing the condition you were asking about.

Hmm.. I don't remembers messing with this. I have switched the appearance a couple of times.  This may be an artifact of ending up with the then-current version, so I may not be alone.

Can you check other accounts to see if others have the same issue?

..Valerie
