Subject: [WikiEducator] one last reminder of WikiEducator server move
In about 12 hours I will start the move of WikiEducator from our old
server to a new, faster machine. I expect this transfer may require 5
or 6 hours to complete. During that time, you should be able to
*read* a copy of WikiEducator but you will not be able to edit,
register new accounts, create new collections, etc. Sorry for the
temporary inconvenience, but the faster machine and updated software
(including a rich text editor) should make it quite worthwhile for our
growing community.
The read-only state will start about 20:00 UTC Saturday, 06 Feb. That
is Saturday afternoon/evening in the Americas, Saturday evening/night
Europe/Africa. Sunday morning here in Oceania/Asia. You can check

Thanks to everyone for their testing of our new server over the past
few weeks to make sure there should be no unexpected problems with all
of our software updates.
