Keybindings like readline

Is there a way to set the cursor movement to be controlled like in
bash or readline?

ie.
ctrl+b back
ctrl+f forward
ctrl+d delete
crtl+h backspace
ctrl+p up
ctrl+n down
ctrl+e end of line
ctrl+a beginning of line
etc.

I've looked in KeyBindings.py but those don't appear to affect this.
I'm using wikidPad 1.9rc04 on leopard 10.5.6.
