I am a musician, and I'd love to have a notepad which I could use to
write my musical ideas, and, as you've already undertaken the creation
of a LaTeX plugin, it would be fairly easy to create a lilypond plugin
too.

Thank you,
André Kugland

I wrote a plugin for lilypond to insert music notation in wikidpad, I put it in
http://trac.wikidpad2.webfactional.com/wiki/LilyPond?version=3

P.S. for Andrè Klugand: the file I sent to you contains an error, it's corrected in this new version

Hi,

I've tried to install the plugin.
I'm running version 'wikidPad 1.9beta15 and got the following error

Cheers

I've done the test with wikidpad 2.0b04 (latest)
no wikidpad.error this time but the wikidpad editor displayes the following error

[Lilypond error, check the sintax]

Any idea ?

Thanks very much

Thank you very much for reporting :)
For the first problem, I confess that I've developed the plugin under wikidpad 2.0. In some days I will make the plugin compatible with the 1.9 version.
For the second it seems to be a lilypond-related problem. I think this is also a version problem, I've used for my tests the current stable version lilypond-2.12.2.
Can you tell me your lilypond version and the musical snippet you used?
So I can reproduce and fix it.

Bye bye

Hi,

Yes I use the lilypond 2.10.33.
Perhaps due to the jedit plugin constraints.
I'm going to install the latest version and see if the bug is reproduced.
Keep you informed.
