First-Time-Tag-a-Page Bug

When you tag a page for the first time with, say, "tag1 tag2", then
save the tags, and check which tags are displayed at the bottom page,
you'll find that it displays "tag1 tag1" instead.

Only if you edit the tags for a 2nd time, changing to "tag1 tag2", the
correct tagging will show up.

I wonder how to reproduce this bug.

For me it happened on page with _template defined and only two tags
newly set (from none).

I tagged (up to now untagged) How-To pages from
http://community.wikidot.com/howtotopics:page-content with exactly two
tags. You can try it, there are still some untagged pages to test.

I do not think that these pages use live template.

I made some tests on my private site.

It is reproduce-able only with pages which had "never" tags before...

Looks like a "first time" switch by creating/adding the tags-records for a
given page-name...

A page with deleted ( cleared ) old , used tags has not such effect.

Edit:
But this exactly not really true: I had some tests with one page in this way
and produced twice the same last tag again after a while....

Sorry, now I am confused a little...
