Saturday Trail Run

The temperatures are moderate, dew points more so, today's trail run proved to be most enjoyable! The Wickham's trails are bone dry, way too easy to traverse. Momma said there'd be days like this!

Back to the point ... I arrived late whilst Laurie Ann cranked out a 1 /12 ahead of me ... as we synched up, we finished 15 / 16 miles respectively ... an easy pace allowed maximal enjoyment of Wickham's forested and pine scented charms!

All in all a great run!

Returning tomorrow around 8:00 am for another 15 miler!

I'm running w/ Sarah first around 7:30 ... be there around 8:30 ...

Matt and I ran some loops in pretty decent weather, albeit a tad chilly the first loop. Both of us had tired legs (Matt from from running a half in about 1:31 the day before and me from whatever) that produced 9 min miles at best. Managed 15 miles before my 11:30 am cutoff time.

Yep, you got some free running past the half with 3 optionally turn around choices!!!
