Hope Cooperative Crisis Respite Center (916) RESPITE (916) 737-7483 tlcssac.org/services We are open 24/7, 365 days a year, including holidays. Please keep those referrals coming! Funded by Sacramento County Division of Behavioral Health Services, Prop 63, Mental Health Services Act. The Crisis Respite Center helps people with a non-medical mental health emergency, and reduces the need for emergency room visits. The average cost of a Crisis Respite Center visit is $300, versus an emergency room visit of $1,500 or more. Guests leave with a plan that reduces the likelihood of future emergency room visits.
