Subject: Note for developers: please use the 2.4x branch for bug fixes
Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that I'm planning to push a bunch of big
changes related to Whoosh 3.0 onto the default branch* on bitbucket.org
today. The changes include moving and renaming a few modules which makes
merging tricky.

If you're thinking of making fixes and sending me a pull request (bless
your heart!), please do so on the "2.4x" branch (which I now wish I'd
named the "stable" branch ;)

I'll try to send out another note soon about some of the new features
coming in Whoosh 3.0 :)

Thanks!

Matt

* It might be better development practice to make big changes in another
branch, but I don't relish maintaining and porting changes between three
different branches...
