Whoosh 2.4

Hi all, just released Whoosh 2.4. This is mostly a bug fix release, but it contains many changes under the covers that prepare the way for interesting new features in the future. It should be backwards compatible with previous indexes. (Older versions won't be able to read indexes created with 2.4 unless you always open writers in 2.4 with the keyword argument "compound=False").
