Simulation postponed

Unless someone else has an objection, I'd like to postpone the sim today to allow me more time to continue fixing firmware bugs.

The good news is that I've been making a lot of progress on stabilizing the comm ctrlr and sensor controller. Both are now running the WSWire library.

There's still some flight threatening behavior in the comm controller, but it's just state machine logic at this point.
