Hey hoopers,
This is a bit late notice but I am super excited to be teaching a multihoop workshop this month March 24th. Below are the details. Feel free to email me with questions.
Playing with Multiples- a multi hoop workshop with Miss Saturn (www.misssaturn.com)
March 24th 3-5
$30
440 Studios; 440 Lafayette St. Manhattan
This month we will continue to explore transitions with 2, 3, and 4 hoops and focus on separation (separating the hula hoops from each other, moving them to different parts of the body and maintaining them in that position). As long as you are comfortable with hula hooping on your body than you are ready to play with multiples. Conditioning for moving the hula hoops up and down the body with and without using the arms will be covered. We will look at what types of hula hoops are ideal for separation as well. Please bring 2-4 of the same size hula hoop. IF you do not have any I can provide some with advanced notice. Please email me at misss...@gmail.com if you would like hula hoops provided.
