Adding WG-FI. I would think that our friends at InCommon have some
excellent real world practice they can share or point to regarding RP
guidelines.

We should also be clear if we're talking tech, policy, or both
tech/policy. I suggest that IAWG partners with WG-FI where FI could take a
technical component and IAWG the policy component to this activity.

Regarding the PEER project, I stated the opposite: I consider the django framework flexible and powerful enough to be adapted to new use cases. But I am not convinced (yet) that the SAMLmetaJS component to edit entities is good enough for more use cases. (Because it is not clear to me how entity elements can be tied into other data structures, like domains, organizations and other entities).

- The owner of a citizen eID has the option to delegate privileges for access to processes on personal data to 3rd parties. This might be a relative, parent, lawyer, notary etc. These delegations rights are called mandates and stored on a mandate server.

- When a user authenticates, he may choose to obtain mandates were he is designee from the mandate server. The flow is:
