New Hazardous Materials Response Vehicle
Late last week we took delivery of a new Haz-Mat response vehicle.
The truck was manufactured by Sutphen Corp. and its subsidiaries, was
paid for by a Grant administered by the Franklin Co. Emerg. Management
Agency.  This new vehicle replaces a refurbished beverage truck that
was purchased used over 15 years ago.  We hope to have the new truck
in service over the next month or two.  All drivers will be required
to have training in the vehicle and equipment still needs to be
installed.

New Heating/Cooling System
The good news is that we now have heat in our station.  The bad news
is that we have no thermostats or control over that heat.  The
installer is still waiting on parts to complete the project.  If you
stop in for anything, wear something comfortable for the next week or
two....
