HEADS UP on a couple of slight tweeks to the Reggy Form for 2026

Guys,

1.  The part of the Reggy Form named "Play-Limiting Factors" which asks you to:

Please share specifics about vacations, work schedules, events, or recurring commitments that will affect your regular attendance at games.  For examples, "I will be away for 2 weeks in late July"; "I babysit on Thursday nights"; "I'm scheduled for surgery on June 16th"; etc.

...now requires an answer.  You won't be able to complete the form unless you put SOMETHING in here.  So if you have no "Play-Limiting Factors", simply type in "None".

2.  On the advice of our legal counselors (all Relics), we're adding the following language...or something really close to it...to the last section:

  I acknowledge and agree that the Western Mass Relics Senior Softball, Inc. may share my provided phone number and email address with Relics coaches, team representatives, and League officials for Relics purposes only, including but not limited to scheduling, team communications, league announcements, and other matters directly related to Relics activities. I further acknowledge and agree that my contact information will never be sold and will not be shared outside the Relics organization or used for unrelated or commercial purposes.
