Executive Meeting This Week

Hello Everyone,

Our next executive meeting will be this Wednesday March 21st from 5:30-7:00 pm in room 202 of University College.  As always, all club members are welcome and encouraged to attend exec. meetings.  A draft agenda for the meeting is included below. 

 

We will also be selling tickets to this Saturdays Al-Asqa dinner at the beginning of the meeting, so if you would like to buy a ticket, you can come buy and pick one up.  The dinner features former NDP Leader Alexa McDonough and is being held at the London Muslim Mosque (151 Oxford St. W.) this Saturday at 5:45 pm.  Tickets are $10 each.

 

March 21 Exec. Meeting Agenda:

 

1) Al-Asqa Dinner

    - Details and tickets for sale.

2) Club Fundraiser Dinner

    - Setting details (i.e. guest speakers, raffle organization, etc.)

3) April General Meeting

    - Adopting an agenda, deciding on election procedures & after-party location.

4) April LEFT issue

    - Setting contents & delegating articles.

5) Strategic Plan Implementation

    - Review of what needs to be implemented this year.

6) Other business/adjournment.
