Skiff Fest and Hamlin # 4 quick report!

Wow what a great weekend in Santa Barbara! My wife and I arrived on
Sunday with Hamlin trophy's in hand. the reports from Saturday were
that 5 races were sailed in light to moderate breeze, shifty
conditions. on Saturday night Howard led a sailors discussion with the
fleet. 5 teams from Nor cal came down to re ignite the Nor cal - So
cal experience, which is just awesome.

OnSunday the marine layer stayed right off/ on the coast to bring
breeze of 8-13kts. 4 races were completed.
