The following is what I have down for food.
But if your not on the list any finger food will do.  We do need water and ice.

Toni             cheese  tray
Teresa         fruit tray
Harv             Potato chips and prelzels
Dean             Cookies
Rene              donuts holes
Eliza               flowers and  balloons
Nancy            $10.00
Juice                $5.00
note......the money given by Nancy and juice
Will be used to buy a tray of scacciata (pizza  sq)

Toni and Susan:

If I recall correctly, Michelle, the gallery owner, was going to take care of purchasing the water and ice tea for drinks and was going to just give us a receipt for reimbursement. We can use some of the funds that Vanessa, Joose, and others are contributing to cover that. Were you thinking of any drinks other that that which they will be using their dispensers for?

Also, I will also pick up some crackers -- regular and gluten free.

One additional thought…

Please keep in mind that the reception is longer than usual this go round. It will last 4 hours, part of which really falls at the dinner hour. Because the gallery is right by Mellow Mushroom and Grille 54, we may get some hungry guests who come in to kill time while waiting for a table. Please make sure to bring a little extra so that we do not run out of snacks by 6PM.

Thanks, Teresa.  I forgot Michelle was going to get water also.    So Toni, I won’t be getting water after all, just ice.  I’ll bring plenty of hummus and veggie sticks, though.
