[JOB] Ongoing part time RoR developer

Hi

We're looking for an on-going, part time relationship with an independent rails developer, to work on our website www.schoolconnect.co.nz. Changes required involve everything from minor cosmetic changes to implementing a full forum system.

We're looking for someone who can work independently, and contribute their own suggestions as to what would work best on the site, not just blindly follow directions. You must be comfortable working with both back end, front end, and deployment (Heroku).

Location and hours are flexible (we are based in Auckland CBD), rate is negotiable. I expect this will start off with around 20-30 hours per month, with the possibility of this increasing or even becoming a full time gig in future. It's ok if you have a day job for now, as long as you aren't over-committing yourself.
