First time posters are moderated - and that seems to be broken at present

This is to stop spam posts, of which there is enough to be quite annoying. I normally get an email saying there is a new poster that needs to be moderated expect I don't seem to have been getting these emails consistantly for the last couple of weeks and there is now a queue of un moderated posts.

These are mostly about contracts and work wanted - but I get errors when I try to approve these and can't seem to at the moment. So if you're wondering why you posted and it's not appeared, that's why.
