I.T. Senior and Junior Business Analyst

 

Senior role:  Engagement Description:

Among other activities, project resources will be responsible for the following:

-Developing/reviewing project plan

-Reviewing the previously completed business case and other documents

-Developing an Excel (or other appropriate tool) based survey to gather information on systems, processes, personnel, and other information

-Conducting overview meetings with agencies to understand current technology and processes

 -Establishing a business case template that allows for comparison between current and proposed future financials and includes one-time and on-going costs and benefits

-Assessing total cost of ownership

-Other related activities as necessary.

Junior role:  Engagement Description:
