Dear Senior Webmasters,
I want to use "add to enquiry basket" button as I seen on this site
http://www.whitedaisyintl.net/charger-plates.html
But i don't know, how can I do that and whether it is w3c compliant or
not. I mean seo friendly or not.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Try looking for it on the Source Code to see how they did it.
