Haskell Web framework.

Sorry for off topic.
Your first blog is about web application in haskell.
Why did you decide to create weblocks in lisp ?
Is it because haskell did not workout as a good web development
platform after all ?
Not dynamic enough ? deployment problems ? lack of libraries ?

I wanted to write an article about that but never got around to it.

I think the bottom line is that it's a matter of taste. Haskell is
very different from Lisp and for some reason (that I can't explain) I
leaned towards Lisp. One could write an excellent web framework in
Haskell. Haskell is a much cleaner, safer language than Common Lisp
and sometimes I miss it. When I was coding in Haskell though,
sometimes I missed Common Lisp.

The choice of Common Lisp was more of a random occurance rather than a
conscious decision.
