As I know there are no examples you need.

Weblocks is nice for e-commerce for experienced developers and I wouldn't suggest it for newbies.

I have project with some admin interface and frontend with some shopping card, it is here https://github.com/html/m-katya-site but frontend is made in mvc style, not component-oriented and the project is not finished yet.

Quick search for paypal gives http://cliki.net/cl-paypal have you seen it ?

As for ram, I have 5 weblocks applications on server with 768 mb memory but apps have not much visits.
