I suggest you try the latest version of Weblocks. Much has changed
since the version that clbuild fetches.
The next prepackaged release will be ready soon. Until then
please use the instructions at [1].
Please report any other problems so we can help you get it up and
running. :)

A patch to add mercurial support and one to update the link for
Weblocks have already been uploaded to the clbuild mailing list.
Albert Krewinkel currently has them sitting in his repository at:
http://darcs.moltkeplatz.de/clbuild
They are:
* Add support for pulling from mercurial repositories
* Weblocks has moved to a mercurial repository

Oh, I forgot Albert's extra patch:
* Just warn when 'hg' or 'wget' are not found.
Not required, but rounds out the mercurial feature.
