regex for validating webfinger identifiers?

apologies for my use of terminology...

i meant webfinger address, one related to addr-spec in draft (4.1) with reference https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5322#section-3.4.1
could come handy to have some regex, for example diaspora and statusnet at this moment don't even allow hyphen(-) in their 'local-part' used as login/username

Shouldn't the exact abnf of the acct: uri scheme be finalized first?
