Jim Evans as new committer?

Hi everyone,

I'd like to suggest Jim Evans as a new committer for the selenium
project. He has been a major contributor for the .Net bindings for
webdriver, helping to pull us from a fairly rough IE driver to the far
more complete one we have now, and he's also been looking into
supporting the other drivers, and he's enthusiastic about contributing
more.
